We're looking for a detail-oriented Administrative VA to keep our clients organized, on-schedule, and running smoothly. You'll manage calendars, inboxes, documents, and day-to-day coordination tasks for busy entrepreneurs who need a reliable right hand.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant specializing in administrative support
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) and/or Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with CRM and project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Notion, or similar)
- Proven track record in calendar management, email inbox management, and executive-level coordination
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities without missing deadlines
- Self-motivated and experienced working independently in a fully remote environment
We need a proactive Lead & Outreach VA to fill our clients' sales pipelines with qualified prospects. You'll research targets, craft compelling outreach messages, and manage follow-up sequences that convert cold contacts into warm opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant specializing in lead generation or sales outreach
- Proven track record building targeted lead lists using tools like Apollo, Hunter.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo
- Experience executing cold email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach with measurable open and reply rates
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, or similar) for pipeline management
- Ability to write personalized, compelling outreach copy that drives responses
- Strong research skills to identify and qualify ideal customer profiles across multiple industries
- Familiarity with email deliverability best practices and outreach compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
- Data-driven mindset comfortable tracking KPIs and optimizing outreach based on performance metrics
